Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to the digital subscriptions and packages (listing quota, promotion and account tools) that Tunel.az sells to its own users. Because no vehicle purchase or rental payment is processed through the platform, this policy covers platform service fees only.
Access to the service is activated immediately once a subscription/package payment is confirmed.
Where required by consumer law (e.g. in the EU), a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the unused portion of a subscription, unless the user has consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right.
A refund will be considered for: duplicate or erroneous charges, a technical failure that prevented the service from being delivered, or a service that was never used.
Already-consumed quota and promotion/featured add-ons that have already been applied are non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your transaction details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
