1.1. Advertising on https://tunel.az is governed by the User Agreement.

1.2. In order to ensure equal conditions for users on the site, everyone must read the Internal Rules of https://tunel.az before posting an ad.

1.3. Violation of the rules or numerous user complaints about problems arising with advertising may lead to blocking by the Administration of the advertising itself, as well as the accounts of advertising owners.

1.4. Please note that all advertisements must be placed in accordance with the rules, regardless of whether additional services (i.e. advertising) apply to them. Even paid advertising will be blocked or deleted if the rules are violated.

1.5. The administration reserves the right to change the current Rules at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.

1.6. If the User does not agree with the current Rules or the changes made to them, he should refuse access to the Service and stop using the Services.

2.1. The number of User advertisements on the site should not exceed the free limit established by the Administration. Posted advertisements must not be repeated and must not contradict the rules of the site. Ads are active for 30 days. After this period, the advertisement is automatically deactivated. In this case, the User can either restore this advertisement or post a new one.

2.2. It is prohibited to replace information and images about a product or service in advertising on the site with information or images related to another product or service.

2.3. When posting an advertisement, Users must ensure that the advertisement fully complies with the site rules. Even after the advertisement is published, if a re-check reveals a violation of the rules, the Administration reserves the right to make changes and remove advertisements from the site.

2.4. If two or more duplicate advertisements are detected on the site at the same time, each of the duplicate advertisements will be deleted by the Administration.

3.1. Users must create an account to access certain features of the Website. When creating an account, users agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3.2. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their account information and all activities that occur under their accounts.

3.3. Personal contact information must be entered correctly: name, email address, phone number.

3.4. When posting an ad, you must use a valid email address. If you are using an inactive email address, you will not receive systematic emails about the status of your listings. A user (as a legal entity or individual) can only have one account. If, based on the results of technical analysis, several accounts belonging to the same user are detected, they will be considered by the system as duplicates and automatically canceled or blocked.

3.5. Indicate your work and personal phone number - this will increase your chances of a quick and successful transaction.

3.6. Indication by the User of a third party's phone number will result in the blocking of the User's account without the right to recovery.

3.7. If the number in an ad is incorrect, the ad will be removed from the site. The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the posted advertisement, its compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and for the fact that the information posted in the advertisement does not violate the rights of third parties and is free from their claims.

4.1. Users can communicate with each other through the message box feature provided on the Website.

4.2. Users agree to interact with other users in a respectful and civil manner.

4.3. Users must not engage in any illegal, offensive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable conduct while using the Website.
